The company is really spiking the crap out of the football the last 2 days. It makes for good labor relations I guess.
Maybe they are trying to accelerate attrition. It's working on me.

To be honest, I think that's exactly what they are doing. Saves them a ton of $$$$ versus getting comfortable.

Seems to me that every pilot in the industry needs to be taking a good look at this situation. I mean, if the Allegiant pilot group can't get a fair shake from the courts, can anyone?
Sigh....

I wish you all the luck and the entire industry needs for you guys to be successful but your current direction is leading you no where.
Spend some money and hire some really good labor attorneys from DC and then listen to them.

Most pilots are watching Allegiant. The problem is you have either ignored advice or have very bad labor attorneys. The attempt at a wildcat strike while very good for chest thumping was much like a Bonzaii charge. Looks heroic but in the end incredibly ineffective. The NMB will view it as a attempt to end run their authority and your chances for gaining a release have just dropped to less then zero.

There will always be the armchair quarterbacks second-guessing on Monday morning. IBT and the pilots did it right. Stopped by a corrupt legal system, their courageous action showed the world that Allegiant is not all it's cracked up to be and caused the investment peeps to take notice. Take a look at the stock, it hasn't made it back since. Bold move, had to be done. All previous efforts to highlight the issues at allegiant failed, but the threat of a strike accomplished everything the IBT wanted to do leading up to that. Up until then, management had no time for us and the NMB was doing little to help matters. Suddenly the pace of negotiations has accelerated and the tone has changed. Allegiant used to be the Wall Street Cindarella and now it's name is associated with labor problems. This fight is far from over. No regrets
