That was one of the main reasons I left. The others being no insurance, practically no retirement, no staffing, and work rules at the whim of management.
It seemed to me management was headed down the Valu Jet road, and really didn't care at all about it.

Figured that would happen and I can't imagine what else is to come from them.....

BTW, mad props to all the line pilots. Its a good thing you guys are proficient on your SE profiles and procedures. I don't think Allegiant management appreciates how many times you guys have saved the Company.
