4/29/2016 Dear Brian , This e-mail is to confirm that you have been scheduled for an interview on at for the FIRST OFFICER position. Prior to your interview we would like you to complete an Aviation Skill Assessment. Attached are instructions for the assessment that will take about 45 minutes to complete. Please read the instructions first, then click the link below to begin. Once you click the link, you should see the first screen of the Assessment that will prompt the Applicant for your USERNAME and your PASSWORD. Your USERNAME is the mobile number you entered as your contact phone number on your Application; (i.e. 3175559999) and your PASSWORD is "Allegiant320" The navigation within the system should be straight forward. There are three ways to access backup information for each topic. We recommend you either look at the documentation or view the video before answering the question. If you have any issues or questions when taking the assessment, please send an email to [email protected] and a support person will reply via email as quickly as possible during normal business hours (PST). Instruction Link: https://www.allegiantair.com/sites/default/files/pdf-

I had the same issue where they sent me the skills assessment twice. I replied and asked politely for a confirmation that I had already complete the skills assessment. I received a prompt reply that yes it was complete and I did not need to do it again.

A polite inquiry highlighting your confusion will go 1000X farther here than any demand. This goes for pre and post hires.

Yes there are missteps, oversights and neglect by those in the inside and frustration will get the better of you. But if you want results follow the formula above.

Unfortunately the mentality of saving money by giving someone as much as they can possibly handle has its drawbacks. The person you are emailing is juggling 10 things and getting paid for 5.

It took me years to figure this out and stop yelling and start asking. If you do yell then have a solution to give.

If anyone has been offered the CJO in the last couple of weeks, do you mind sharing which class they are filling right now? Are they still in Oct or have the moved on to filling seats in the Nov/Dec time frame?

Thanks!

I think Nov 14th and Dec 19th? I could be off a week in Dec, but I know they ran Aug 15th, Sept 19th, I'm in Oct 17th.
