Oh brother... crxpilot if you cannot see that ALG was having a disproportionate number of inflight emergencies over the last few years, fortunately all professionally handled by their skilled pilots, then there is really no way to improve your company. Thankfully your just a cool-aid drinking line pilot that probably has no control in wether ALG prioritizes MX or not so hopefully after their early FAA inspection at least mgmt has gotten the message.
If a company can dispatch an aircraft to a NOTAM'd closed airport and when it reaches said airport doesn't have but emergency gas left, so no divert, well that right there shows a few systemic problems in a company, and it apparently starts right at the dispatchers.
Hopefully ALG has turned the corner and decided that it's going to be an airline with airline type expenses instead of squeezing every last penny out of the operation and depending on pilots using their skills and due diligence to repeatedly bail them out.

Did you read the email that I quoted? I guess I thought they would email me (or communicate via phone call, letter, postcard, telegraph, Morse code, etc.) since their own email response said, "Over the next few months, you may receive communication form (sic) our recruiting team regarding hiring events, meet and greets and/or next steps of your application."
I know (and I agree) that I can go to the job fair on my own. I'm wondering if anyone else has received this email, and, if so, what their experience was in the months that followed.
Thanks again for any insight you all have.

I've been updating my app and have been wanting to hit job fairs, but haven't been able to due to either work or vacation.

I hope all the Allegiant pilots voted in the Teamsters National election.
If you haven't voted yet consider voting for the Teamsters United Slate, headed by Fred Zukerman. The Teamsters United slate is for the members by the members.
Hoffa and Bourne in the Airline Division will forget you exist as soon as the election is over. They will take your dues and ignore you. They will give away your contract in any grievance or arbitration hearing.
Every vote counts.
