I think this will go very senior on the CA side, but it will be interesting to see how the FO side fills out.

They are creating slots for senior management pilots/instructors to transition to the Bus IMO. Lots of senior FOs in the training department or management positions too.

Might be a hard call for some people to make, since they will likely lose vacation in Nov/Dec and also possibly go to reserve or low credit, versus the current cushy pure flying line... resulting in a pretty significant pay cut.
