It's concerning but we make too much money to not pull through this. If I had any say I would see about possibly luring at least some management from other airlines here. I like to see to people promoted from within, but there needs to be a balance of experience and continuity in the ranks.

I don't think he bailed.... I think he left because we have an airframe that is a historically reliable bird and he turned it into another MD80. He did the same thing with the 757.

He was rumored to be leaving after the elevator incident.

It would be a great market. Problem is that you'll be kicking over a couple of hornets' nests called AA and SWA. The retaliation on other routes may overwhelm the profits in and out of Denton. That is exactly why we have stayed away for so long.

KDTO is where I did my flight instructing. It's a huge Chinese and International student flight school that dwarfs the Aerosim school in SFB. Should be interesting to say the least.
