Yes. It is possible to get hired with no 121 time. Obviously, the majority have 121 time because the well of 121 pilots is much larger to draw from, but 135/91k/91 pilots are well represented.

I can't speak to the efficacy of a meet and greet, but applying online with less than 3,000 TT will not get you anywhere but an auto reject. People have been hired with less than that, but internal recs job fairs, etc were involved.

Does the company look at guys with less than 3000 TT? A ret military with 1900 with all turbine?

interview

Been watching this site awhile and thought Allegiant looked interesting.I applied...didn't quite finish app missed a few pages.A week or so later they contacted me and ask I finish my app...thought that was nice.Went back finished app..now nothing.Been 3 wks now.
Seems most guys I've read seem to be getting a thanks for applying or I guess a interview.No response at all ...is this normal?
