Default Jr base

Just wanted to get some updated feedback on this.

Is FLL a jr base? Approximately how long can one expect it will take to hold it assuming you're awarded the bus?

Frontier has been searching for a COO for the past couple months after they fired theirs...

Yes, it's junior, and it has gone to new hires recently.

Thinking of applying at Allegiant, possibly going to a job fair soon afterwards. Is there any way to ask specifically for the MD-83? Do they even give you the option once hired?

Is this a serious question? No offense man, but do you not know or understand how seniority works when it comes to assigning equipment, schedule, base?

Another "maybe I'll throw in an app and tell them what class I want". Lol. How come you don't see that on the Delta threads? It's probably harder to get hired here right now.

Yes, it is. At my current shop, we had the chance to pick which airframe we wanted upon being given a CJO. I know other airlines allow that, too.

Here, aircraft are assigned according to company needs at the time. If both are offered, you bid, using lowest 4 SS as most senior in class.

But all of this was recently discussed here...

Sweet, maybe I should apply at Delta and tell them I want the 747 when I get to class. I always wanted to fly that thing.
