The total metrics for 2018 are still higher in regard to number of flights than they were in 2017. The more interesting number to me would be the number of passengers in 2017 vs 2018 on a day like yesterday. A Wednesday in early December is certainly not a busy travel day, so if it makes financial sense to fly less flights, then its a good business decision. We don't have all the data to solve this problem.
Some of these things are frustrating for sure, like the lack of AQP. I do think switching to AQP in the middle of a massive training/transition cycle would be a train wreck, so I'm willing to give them a year from the transition ending, then they have no excuse.
No international flights was always the plan as far as I know. They clearly have said they wanted to finish the transition first (OK, I guess were two weeks overdue), before implementing a new reservation system. Also part of that is the availability of aircraft to add new routes and international flying. I'm sure if you know of some CFM equipped 320s or 319s with double doors, that were reasonably priced, HQ would love to know about them. Considering that I've heard talks that consideration has even been given to IAE engines, I think they want airplanes, but don't know where to get them from.

If the company isn't projecting any growth by then, we'll probably be stagnant for a while... Or they can surprise everyone, again...

Crazy thought of the day...
Soooo, LJ is now with Moxy doing routes: What are the odds that we just gradually "grow" until Moxy is online and sell the pilot group to Neeleman to operate Moxy with a capacity agreement to cities where Allegiant have Sunseeker resorts? =)
(At this time they have 60 A220s coming, 60 options for more, and no Airline certificate)

Should I call to have you committed to the nut house now, or wait until after Christmas?

Frontier added 22 new routes today. Sun Country added 19 yesterday. We made them both look silly because we opened a new G4ce in Nowheresville Utah.
No hiring for over a year and no growth. I wish someone in Vegas would pull their head out of their arse and attempt to compete.
