Frontier added 22 new routes today. Sun Country added 19 yesterday. We made them both look silly because we opened a new G4ce in Nowheresville Utah.
No hiring for over a year and no growth. I wish someone in Vegas would pull their head out of their arse and attempt to compete.

Doubt they are hiring in 12 months. Pretty sure they aren't expected to fly until late 2020 or 2021 when they start receiving the A220s. Plus, they don't have a certificate yet. Kind of need that to fly. If someone wants to jump in 12 months for a lateral move, they should be looking at Frontier or Spirit.

Stick with what you know. Go back to the Delta forums and sell the CSeries/ "Airbus" 220. Pilots don't make these decisions anyway.

So much for the rumor VBD is going away. I was surprised at the number of TDYs for March that came out yesterday afternoon. If they are smart they will add more VBD slots in the bid next month. But stepping over dollars to pick up dimes is the allegiant way so we can probably expect a lot of TDY this summer. That will do wonders for morale too. This summer is going to be a $*** show.

Base assignments - how does this really?
So... recieved invite for interview. Really Happy to do so. Process Q...can any of the esteemed readers here share fresh gouge on how crew base assignment works for new hires. Although flex is key for Allegiant, looking to eventually get to a FL base.... VPS. Possible or probable? Fly safe - and thanks ahead time.

It’s really impossible to tell, because we haven’t hired in over a year now. However, in the last two classes hired, most of our bases are represented with the exception of IWA, PIE PIT, BLI, and CVG. VPS is still junior now because it is still new and the winter flying is not that great. PGD will also continue to go junior. Getting to one of the Florida bases shouldn’t be a problem.
