I think he was trying to make a point, not sure he took the time to Google car accidents credited to Covid deaths...if you are in fact on the same page as Al you should understand his point. This has all gone on way to far, its not the death sentence everyone made it out to be in Feb/March. It's just not and the data supports it. I am not a Trump guy at all but its hard not to see the politics getting in the way of rational decision making, with Trump trying to downplay it to his base and the other side just hell bent on burying the guy. Just common sense leadership was needed and we didn't get any of it from anyone. I blame the media mostly, they crush this country and divide us every month.

In Illinois the health department literally said you can be murdered or die in a car accident and if you test positive you’ll still be counted as a covid death. Dr. Birx has said something similar on a national level and that is why she also said she can’t trust the CDC numbers and that they’re inflated by at least 25%. This isn’t an Alex Jones conspiracy. The people in charge of tracking this stuff are the same exact people admitting to our faces this is how they’re counting covid deaths. Yet you still wanna base your fear on “projections from 4 months ago that were over 90% wrong. The flu has been over 80k deaths in some years. Keep living in denial. This isn’t 3rd or 4th hand theories. The sources are the very “experts” themselves. If we counted flu like we do covid, covid would look like rainbows and gumdrops in comparison to the flu. According to the CDC’s own website the flu infects on average over 130,000 per day. Why are you just now wearing your mask?

So two things from what I have read we are most likely missing one in 5 to one in ten infections so anywhere from 350-500k cases a day right now. This virus puts about 18-20 percent of all lab confirmed patients in the hospital. Look I just want to keep my job but it is obvious that we have to get containment on this thing for that to happen. Schools where I live are already the re closing for the fall. I guess my point is we can either do the hard work and get containment or we can continue to debate everything and let this virus keep running at full speed and watching our bookings keep dropping. So if wearing a mask or a clown suit for that matter will get this thing in check then I am in. Also one thing to some of the numbers remember this virus causes blood clotting and neurological symptoms independent of respiratory severity. So what may look like at right heart attack death or stroke may have been caused by COVID.
