The real dirty secret is that prior to 1950/1965 blacks had these same traits. Black teen unemployment in the 1950's was lower than whites. Black illegitimacy rates were lower than whites. More blacks were business owners as a percentage than whites. What changed between 1950 and 1965? There is a cultural problem brought on by people who claim to help but really at their core are trying to destroy and divide.

WRONG - BLM is a "thing" in America because some Communist/Marxist people LIED about what really happened in Ferguson, Missouri and the mainstream media repeated the lie for many months. You see, TRUTH Matters. When you can be honest enough to have a truthful discussion and learn to think critically, then you can help. Until then, you are part of the problem.

I value what he says more than singers, actors, and sports figures.

I was wondering how many pages it would take for folks to pine for the days gone by when everything was better because people knew their place. Thirteen. I guess that’s progress. Although Seneca was very clear about his opinion on the natural order of things circa 1950-1965 many pages earlier, the chorus of agreement didn’t really hit its stride until 13.
There may have been more black-owned business then,. But that was due to the required redundancy created by Jim Crow. There were also twice as many water fountains, back entrances for non-whites, and a Green Book that was required for car travel and survival lest you end up in the wrong town after sundown. Tulsa, Oklahoma also had a thriving black community way back in the 20’s with the prospect of passing generational wealth that was unheard of — until hundreds of residents were murdered and their community reduced to ashes. If you are going to turn to history to underline your point, you owe a duty to tell the whole story. America is better now than it was a generation ago, but, regarding issues of race, it is still not good.

You are simply hardened in your view and not open to debate. Anyone who posts anything here that doesn't meet your scrutiny is labeled racist. You are just as bad as the KKK on the other side. You are not open to learn anything either. You only have your viewpoint. There are many who do not share it. A discussion would be a much more productive way to bridge that gap than the sh*^ slinging you are guilty of here.

That's just getting started, I'm not going to spend all day here and post the mass shootings motivated by racism (El Paso for starters), but to say what you just did is astonishing...
