Boomer? That's all you've got? Plus I'm in my 50s so that makes me an early X-er not a Boomer.
I'm sure your new employer will be able to easily figure out who you are from this and your previous posts. I'm sure they'll be totally cool with you trying to leverage their CJO for a job at AA. So good luck.
Some of the stuff people post on the internet for everyone in the world to see blows me away.

Hey brotha! Not trying to be rude or anything. I understand where you’re coming from as well.
The mentality of doing right by the employer is the correct one here but unfortunately those same companies have taken advantage over the years to the point where pilots where getting paid peanuts. I actually applaud someone for trying to get a better deal not only for themselves but ultimately for their families.

Never, ever, should you feel bad about putting you first, over a corporation. It’s all a big game.
Yes, in some rare situations “burning bridges” can hurt you, but at the end of the day the corporation does not care about you, never did, even if you lose/make lots of money for them.

If that was actually your original position. Then you did a really poor job expressing that. Go back and reread your original response.

Didn't realize I was bragging. You sure haven't met some of the young pilots I have met if you think that was me bragging. I was merely replying to a comment asking about the subject and Iwas just saying I had took my chances with it. My apologies if that is bragging.

It’s another if it’s a CJO from Delta, United, or FedEx/UPS or another major airline.
However, good luck. My philosophy is to always ask for what you want, the worst anyone can say is no.

I personally don’t think anything will come of it since it’s a CJO from a ULCC. They know that you will still apply, so what leverage do you really have.

Oh and I have heard of at least one other using a ULCC CJO here but I’m not sure what their background was. I have heard AA is starting to shift here because people are getting hired before leaving said regional, collecting the bonus and then going off to Delta. That’s the kind of stuff that should be questioned.

Have 2 CJO's at one legacy and another major that I was told would qualify as good enough to receive an email for an interview.
Sent an email to recruiting about 3 weeks ago, just a "thank you for your interest" email.

AA often strings folks along in the hopes they turn down other CJOs waiting for AAs response.
