How could pay “meet or exceed” Delta pay rates yet not trigger their Me Too clause. Sounds like selective marketing..

Yep. Barely exceeds on the NB, $3 less on the WB, therefore not triggering the snap up. Not until 2027 that is when the amendable date raise kicks in. So does exceed in every category in the full term of the contract I guess.

Do you have the actual rates? Can you post them?

Is AA’s top rate $342 or $359? Seems to be different info floating out there on the inter webs. The latter rate allegedly is from a somewhat recent MOU or LOA?

I’m not a forever no guy but some things point out to me

1) lack vacation accrual. 35 days at 19 years vs delta 35 days at 16
2) May 2nd 401K increases, 5 months behind delta
3) no talk of more sick time accrual
4) 14 hour long call outside of DOTC, therefore 12 during DOTC. Dumb. Make it at least 16/14
5) no mention of deadhead seat provisions

If those are the things that are going to be complained about then I guess this thing is great.
