This is reductive. Those lineholders have some say in the quality of the trips and an ability to acclimate for them while the former, at least last year, got some hope that a rough trip would credit enough to give a day to breathe. It isn’t that way now when a 3-4-3 trip can be followed immediately by something similar but on the other side of the clock. It’s noticeably more complicated than claiming “85 < 130!”

Well if he did 500k I'm guessing at least 200 of that is PR.
Even if it wasn't, ~50 hours/month is about what I fly on reserve on average except in my first year here when everyone was making $35/hr so they just had people sitting around sucking our thumbs.
