Which is funny, as the question being asked is a question the judge had to frame for your lawyers, isn't it? Didn't she finally get exhausted in explaining that it didn't have to be the NIC to marty, that she finally framed the question around whether it was a DFR by NOT having it in the MOU.

Anyways, since we are on clairvoyance issues here, when are you guys gonna file against APA? Since I'm sure you can tell how that is going to go.
