Judge Silver ASSUMED that USAPA had a duty to NOT abandon the Nic (though she, like Judge Wake, made no reference supporting her implicit assumption) and she still found them not guilty even though they obviously DID ABANDON THE NIC.

You do realize that the merger with the APA will be done via arbitration. And USAPA will be gone in the next 4 months. Enjoy your ill gotten gains while you can, USAPA.

I'm sure it will be a resounding "no", but that doesn't matter. The letter serves a greater purpose and there is a reason the apa/company are included in the correspondence.

CactusMike, I think the east knows they will lose this arbitration and that's why you got the "get lost" response. Reality is lurking just around the corner.
