The INDOC schedule will come to you with information on the when/hows for your guest. For us they were invited for all of the first week through the dinner. I think they all enjoyed being there -- they all smiled anyway through even the dry classes. Overall a good time for everyone.

Patience is a virtue it will come (it was disconcerting however)
Thanks, MT!

You will be near mid pack towards bottom of class age.
How about 46 y.o.? Firmly middle of the pack due to the older Eagle flows?

Do you recall when we will hear something- is it a few days prior to arriving to class?

About a week before roughly and it's just an email containing travel/hotel info for you and your guest if bringing one. They call before this email giving a break down for the first few days do indoc and what to expect.

Upper middle (lower upper?). I was 4/17 at 46, junior to 3 flows. After the initial bids I will forever be 9/17 (but no commute for now).

I was offered the video interview the week of the WAI conference. I have not heard anything since I did the interview.

Don't sweat it dude. Things have slowed waaaaaay down. A buddy of mine that took the video interview two days after I did (Jan 28) still hasn't heard anything. He got the "additional info" a month ago, but that's it. Unless you get a TBNT email, you're doing well. The good news is that AA hires an exceptionally high number of folks they contact for the video interview. Until then, enjoy life!

Great point. The slowdown in hiring is a great thing if you look at it from the perspective of getting more time to get your ducks in a row. The prevailing opinion is hiring is on hold until May. I think that may be the case at DAL as well (I was scratching my head at why my interview is in June), so there was a deliberate decision to allow the training pipeline to be relieved and/or assess the results of the Eagle TA. After waiting for years for the dream job, waiting months doesn't sound in the least bit that bad.

End of Feb class the No 3 guy by age was 47, plus with every class the flows are getting younger, so I would expect at 46 to be top 5 of a class.

HOWEVER. your seniority in the class is not "set" until you bid for base/equip, and it is based on projected finish date.

Once you bid for base/equip, age goes out the window.
