The 824 aren't "flows" as it's typically used. The last of those guys came over in October(?).
The DOH for any 824 is the day they show up at AA. Dec 7(?) for the first guys. They get company LOS for vacation, non rev'ing, just like an other internal transfer.

Be truthful, disclose EVERYTHING. It seems that to not get hired after the F2F, you either need to get caught lying or seriously screw up your interview.
