Anyone know if AA is interviewing the week of February 18th? If so, have invites been sent out yet?

Although I agree with Tanker Driver, IIRC Emerald Coast had (5years ago) an online or mp3 download only course that is very reasonable if you want a bit of a guidance.

Having just done the interview process, and having been a Mil only guy who hasn’t interviewed for a job since Hardware salesman at Sears back in 01, it was worth the money. Ecic has advanced significantly since an mp3 download course. There is about 10-15 hours of video and audio instruction. Additionally suported by unlimited 4 hour webinars with 10-15 other guys/gals and a mediator. The mediator that did my webinar used to do FDX hiring 3 years ago as an HR guy asking questions, and I have heard that the other mediators are similarly qualified. When AA did call I got a 90 minute one on one 3 days before the interview. If you get called by another carrier that does the SBIs you get an additional 4 hour webinar to cover that. And if you still arent confident they will give you another one on one before the interview.

My assesment: If you are a mil only guy, you need it. If you have been through a couple regional interviews and have a feel for it maybe not. Best 400$ I ever spent.

Yep.

I think they raised their rates this year, but it is a lifetime membership.

How do you know if you passed/failed the organizational fit assessment in the application? Will AA tell you or are you just left waiting? Did it a few months ago and the check mark is still green if that means anything. Thanks

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but here it goes anyway. In order to apply to AA, do I need to fill out a profile on the AA website or just Pilot Credentials? PC is complete but on the AA career website I don't see First Officer as any of their open positions. Any help would be appreciated.
