You really missed the point.

I wasn't saying anything about agreeing with my placement on the list was just showing that not everyone was 500 numbers worse on the east list. Personally, I think I should be number 1 on the list and you guys can all figure out the rest below me, both east and west

I know I should be below all west pilots being that I was hired after that merger.

My placement was better on the west list. Fall 2013 hire.

Thanks for all the replies.

It's too bad that the 3rd listers were ignored by USAPA. I've flown with a lot of them, and they have some good ideas. If it's any consolation I usually got my emails answered, but they never listened.

Anyway, all water under the bridge now. It's up to the arbitrators if we get a new committee and what the list will be. Again, good luck to us all. I hope the panel has a lot of wisdom, they will need it.

Agreed. That's a huge issue for me personally and I've let our MC know this. Our third list pilots are symbolic to the success of the new U.S. Airways, you demonstrate unequivocally the trajectory our company was on, in sharp contrast to where AA was heading. Our witnesses will reaffirm this as well with their testimony and hammer the point home with the arbitrators.

I am shocked AAPSIC proffered the list which they did- their tail end is a complete abortion- Eagle flows who never stepped foot in a AA cockpit ahead of our 3rd listers! *** are they smoking?
Our attorney, Jeff Freund, is well versed in this area, he destroyed the CAL proposal which attempted the exact same thing against United. I really do not think you have much to worry about, the final SLI will probably look more like the West proposal, perhaps a few relative percentage points lower but still a lot closer than the AAPSIC proposal.

The West list is absolutely laughable. It is highly unlikely that the final list will resemble anything close to what the West has proposed. Seriously, placing a number of 1999 TWA guys junior to those hired at USAir in November of 2013?

Why not? Doh has nothing to do with h seniority. That's what happens to when you're furloughed for 13 years or more.

Try again. Those 99 TWA guys were furlouged for just over nine years. They have six years on the job, yet are being placed junior to those hired a year and a half ago. How is that fair or reasonable?

Really...???

I suppose 6 years of active current service doesn't either.

Or the actual position on the actual list that the Eagle Flows already own.

(That should sound familiar...)

Most of us get the whole NIC east west battle, but a lot of us outsiders are now gettin' a glimpse of some pretty ugly greedy looking aspirations from some on the west.

Pride goeth before a fall.
