321 pay ...

I've heard that from multiple sources. Training dept and line flying are really the only two sources that are relatively legitimate. Don't knock it. The bigger question is why the f is it taking so long. The list should be done next month and bidding bases late summer, no excuses for the slightest delay. This fricken delay is completely ludicrous.
And I believe something like 321 pay being advanced. The company is adjusting culture change in any way possible for them.

Don't think that will happen either, but I do think about it often every time I park the B773 next to an A332...same pay, really? Secondly, "relatively legitimate" on your sources would mean that occasionally the rumors come true. Haven't seen that in a long time at AA. Lastly, the FO's I fly with, who are admittedly very senior as far as FO's go, are in no hurry to see the SLI outcome. When the verdict does arrive if it doesn't have the fences many are hoping for (and I think there will be few if any), I predict there will be greater chaos than either side has experienced before... and I realize thats saying a lot given the history of US/AW. If I wasn't personally affected by the whole thing it would be entertaining to see the commotion after the ruling. Many are saying it should happen around the beginning of July. Fireworks anyone?

Just curious, do you have to turn sideways to get your head through 1L?
If I parked next to a 190 I would wish that those guys had the same pay as me. Really!
The last rumor of the month is that the LAA Nazis want the A350 seats, fights on.

I have similar thoughts each time we park the 747-400 next to that cute little twin, the Triple Seven. Really?!
Fortunately, our door 1L is much larger; no cranial constraints squeezing through!
Kidding of course. At DL we are fighting the 321 rate battle right now, and there's rumor that we're ordering the 4000 nm range version soon (NEO I guess) for Europe. Can't get much more B-757 replacement than that! Our 190 rates should be self-resolving with zero negotiating capitol, if they want actual pilots to occupy at least the left seat. To get the program spooled up, they are offering initial cadre guys current seat/equipment rate as opposed to our lousy book rate ($139 I think).
At times the banding like you guys have looks attractive, until the pay matches the lessor aircraft in the band. Not sure what the answer is, aside from fighting the good fight with the cards you're dealt. Wishing you guys good luck bringing the rest of it together, especially SLI.

Don't like your industry given moniker, then lose your condescending attitudes and display a a little humility, otherwise S. T. F. U.
