Can anyone confirm that's how the system works?
The old system gave everyone a numerical score, and the pool was re-stacked following every interview group. Thus, a lower-scoring applicant could be passed over many, many times. (The longest I knew about personally was 1.5 years until getting a call - he declined.)

The new system is HR, R and DNR. Supposedly the pool is shallow and with the large classes lately, it would appear that you might not have to wait more than a class or two. That's how they tell us it works, anyway.

They have the HR, R, and DNR List. But I know guys who were R that were in class before HRs (same interview Group). No one really knows how class dates are assigined.

How does HR decide who to call for next round of interviews after online test?

Excellent! I'm anxiously awaiting the phone call from that 914 area code.

Interesting. Just curious, how did the guys you know find out which category they were placed into? The email just said congrats on successfully completing the interview.

You don't know. Only HR, the guys that did the interviews and some of the Union people know the results of the interview session. It's typically disclosed in an email to those groups. The email summarizes; how many interview, how many in each group (HR,R,DNR). The backgrounds (no individual names).
HR is suppose to be the the next class, R is in the pool. But I have seen a Rs get a date before HR.

They have talked about mixing R's and HR's in a class to provide a mix.
