I thought it was the 3-2-1 rule to be a real airline pilot. 3 divorces, 2 furloughs, 1 bankruptcy. Im really slacking then.
Atlas business model seems pretty solid compared to the Legacies and I agree Atlas will keep hauling if economy slows again.
Anyone else out there just finished the online assessment?

Hi Guys, I am new here and have read quite a bit, there is a lot of good info thx. Two quick questions not sure if they have been answered, but here goes,
1. Does Atlas pay per diem during training?
2. How is equipment allocation decided ?
Thx

Yes, 2.40/hr and you bid equipment by class seniority, based on the last 4 of your social, lower number being more senior. I believe they are still primarily hiring into the 74.

In addition to per diem there's also training pay of $1600 for a grand total of just over $3300 per month in Miami. Full pay starts after 4 months or OE complete, whichever is first.

Thanks! Actually I've been having trouble trying to time the phone call correctly. It's like an epic game of phone tag. Good luck for you too!
