Wow, so with 1300 guys on property now, a new hire will still upgrade in 5 years? How awesome that upgrade times will never fluctuate from what's occurring right now!

For the 747, its probably closer to 8+ years now. Not too terrible

Which is great for the guy hired 8 years ago. For the guy hired today, that number has 0 correlation to how long it will take him to upgrade.

Um, no. Junior 747 CA went under 5 years and is only two numbers senior to junior 767 CA. We'll see if there are any new upgrades today.

But again, that means absolutely nothing except for the guy one number junior to him.

We are hiring hundreds of new FO's and have had 0 Captain upgrade awards this year. Bottom half is bailing and there is no growth to create upgrades anymore. Not a sign of the healthiest airline... Should be super long upgrades for new hires unless future growth happens.

Uhhh, I've been here since the 22nd of February and I've seen at least two upgrade classes come through for the 747.

Yes, they were awarded last year and had to wait months for training. Zero new captain awards in 2016.

I did fail a checkride in 2012. I applied. So, does this mean I will not get sent the online technical test?? Should I forget about Atlas?
