I would email or call the recruiter that sent you the CJO today. I recommend always owning your career and never assume HR, travel, training, etc knows everything about your situation and needs that you do.
A week or two to work through the offers and class dates seems, reasonable, but don't let an entire month go by in a seniority based system.

So they finally responded and said that they will get back to me in a few weeks with next steps. Thank you for following up. Feels like they are content to keep me on the hook without sharing too much information. I get the feeling I better have a backup plan.
…and this ^^^ distinguished readers is how you lose people before you’ve ever even got them in the door.

I'm sorry to read this. That's a lot of uncertainty to place on somebody for no good reason.

I recently did my interview and it went really well, I used EasyAviationTheory and they provide the interview information and some charts. Very good and prepared me well for it the technical and HR section of the Interview. I'm looking forward to starting with them on the wide body next year.
