What if you have Multiple Wide Body Type Ratings, Internarional Experience, College Degree, A&P Mechanics License along with Airlime Maintenance Experience, over 1600 TPIC, Over 6500 Hrs TTL Time, and PASSED THEIR PILOT ASSESSMENT EXAM, But, Still Have Not
Been Contacted For A Phone, or In Person, Interview?

Is that an indication that they don't want you?

Not necessarily, HR is far from perfect or efficient, your resume and PAC may just have been missed. Keep updating your resume monthly. If you have anybody in Atlas have them contact HR.
Best of Luck

It's an idicaruon that you are too qualified and shouldn't sell yourself short applying at atlas.

I have two friends that have flawless resumes that cant get a look. My suggestion is go to the next job fair. The FIRST STEP is to get past HR. And it seems to not matter what your background is or who says your a great guy. What matters is what HR thinks of you. So go to the job fair where you will meet HR.

You beat me to it. Sounds like qualifications Atlas takes for granted right now. They thinks there's an endless pool of qualified folks. No offense to anyone that doesn't he hired but truthfully Atlas can't afford not to hire anyone who walks through there doors to an interview. I think the problem is their inability to alerts ornately schedule OE. Once they catch up they'll hire lots of folks and the waiting game will start all over again. It's a crappy visious cycle.

Like too many other aviation companies, I think their hiring process is completely random.
I started filling out the online application for Atlas and before I'd even finished and submitted it, I got a TBNT's email that said, "TBNTs - reapply in a year." I mean, come on, let a guy actually apply first before you turn him down! LOL
