I meet unrestricted ATP mins outside of total hours. If it was a regional, if rather go to a place with no training delays, but Atlas can be a career destination for me so I have no issues regarding that. I would have multi TPIC + 1000 multi turbine so I'd be very happy to go straight to a 767 if I could get the chance to.

Does anyone know what the current delays are in training? How long are guys sitting between blocks, or is that included in the 4 months in MIA? Are all fleets experiencing them or are some better/faster than others?
I don’t think 737 guys are experiencing the same delays but the other 3 fleets for sure. Someone said the last 76 class will go home after indoc and come back in February or so. My 74 class gonna finish in 4 months and some change. Every class is different.

Thanks. Hopefully I'll apply 100 hours out and get a class date for when I meet mins. Still would be hauling cargo at night, but at least I'd be warm here at Atlas.

I flew with a couple new FOs. Start to finish was about 8-9 months for them. That will change, but the training delays are large. Confusion about who's slated for what becomes a problem with large backlogs too.
We just had a new hire class that finished INDOC, and were then sent home for 5 months. I think classes are being sent home before the sims start, for weeks and/or months.
