COS is a gateway airport, as are Grand Junction, Durango, and Montrose.

It did for me, could be coincidental.

Default Training Update

For those of your interested in a training footprint update. Our class started in the fall and we are all several weeks post checkride at this point but still completing differences training etc. On average with our training departure dates, we have spent about 100-105 days here in Miami. Regarding OE, we are all on PRIA hold. Seems to be the same PRIA issues that the company was having this summer and fall. We were told in the fall they had it all sorted out and we wouldn't be impacted but that is not the case now. We've talked to leadership in the training center and both acknowledged the PRIA hold and said that could continue for weeks or up to a month, it is unknown. Cannot be released to OE without that completed. We were told that one of the previous classes just had to come back to the training center and get re consolidated because they were unable to reach 100 hours in 150 days (extended from 120) due to their PRIA hold not allowing them to start on time. If you do a reset on consolidation your 'time' in those 150 days resets and you have to start back all over.

Just for clarification-the company is screwing up the PRIA paperwork, or the FAA is an incompetent govt bureaucracy that is falling down and screwing up? Or the combo of both?

The outside company Atlas uses for background checks is screwing them up.

Just had the company presentation and it sounds like the 777 would be the right fit however I’d like to know if split lines are possible and if so how junior or senior I’d have to be.
