Today we announced long-term-disability to age 65 and an increase in retirement benefits. As much of a critic of our union's leadership as I am, I have to say they did a great job on this. Well done, all! Keep proving me wrong!

Scope, Disability, Retirement, Training pay and some particular changes in other areas as well. Not sure what we gave up, but LTD alone is huge. I'm eager to see the language of the new stuff.
