Find one of the recent class dates. Add 3 weeks. Then add another 3 weeks. Then another 3 weeks. Then another….you get the point.

Every 3 weeks for every fleet.

Default hiring mins

What are current *realistic* hiring minimums for Atlas? Will they basically pick you up at advertised minimums? I heard through the grape vine that they're sucking up regional FO's after a few months. Confirm or deny?

I’m fairly sure that anyone with the published minimums has a chance of at least being offered the 737. Not sure about what people are coming on with to the other fleets. Feel free to apply. You never know until you try.

Definitely try if you don’t mind not gaining significant PIC to jump quickly elsewhere. But I will say it’s not impossible to jump ship as the hiring climate has turned around much faster than the Titanic could ever dream of. At one time it was a great way to snag those with limited or zero PIC when experience was paramount/hiring limited. Supply and demand - dwindling supply with massive demand and minimums dropped in most all categories over these past several years and even more so now. Opportunity knocks, answer your doors wherever they may be.

Unaware of any other areas unless current events in Ukraine or any neighboring countries eventually fall into this category. Now everyone will bid left of the U.S. into Big Red.

Kazakhstan, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, and that destination in Poland we fly to now for the military.

Excellent, just a few remaining so we can capitalize on them accordingly. Last bid packages had a good smattering of Asia $ runs across the board for most of the 74 bases.. ANC and LAX heavy hitters to be sure. ORD quite heavy as well and JFK plus MEM not too bad. MIA not great but saw a few. CVG not so much and very NRT heavy. Let us know when we dive into Iran, Iraq and N. Korea for some extra cheddar. Didn’t see Russia or Syria on our list, interesting…
