With the article 33 bonanza about to wrap up and being a junior First officer I would say expect 64-80 hours a month without picking up and open time. With some seniority there are some 90-100 hour lines without article 33 but it would take a little while to hold those. That being said you would be hard pressed to find another American carrier that would make living in South Korea as easy as Atlas.
Is there any open time trips that starts by deadhead to ICN? If so how much seniority do I need to bid those trips

If your happiness depends on getting trips that start and/or end in ICN and getting 100+ hours then I'd suggest don't come to Atlas. Even if you bid and are awarded a line that starts and ends in ICN there is every chance that that will not be the case once your trip starts, especially on the 74. All you're guaranteed is that if your trips change is that you will get paid a minimum of what the line you bid for had assigned to it should you fly less hours, plus the pattern of on/off days in that awarded line, everything else is fair game for the company.
Maybe consider “out-basing” if/when you can nab it. Granted, I have heard of folks doing an out base and never really returning to it. ICN folks ending up in Europe predominantly and HHN folks hanging out in Asia for most of the duration, but the hours you want could be met or even more. As said before, we are wet concrete.

That would be a pretty nice option, but it's a single run that he has to be senior enough to hold. Also we need to keep the route as it is today, not return it to the way it was a couple years ago. Also we need to keep the route. Still, if all this holds together it'd be a pretty nice deal.
Just flew with an FO, who sat home (in South Asia) for 3 months. He went noncurrent on his Takeoffs/Landings. The company knew he was noncurrent, and sitting at home. He talked to our 747 training scheduler a number of times, during the 3 months. She told him, that there was no sim availablity. After about 3 months at home, they finally scheduled his training, flew him into MIA, and go him back on line. He made min pay (64 hrs), during his time at home.
