I know it varies a lot, but I'd like to see what the averages are from the latest group. Congrats everyone!

I submitted my resume on Aug 15, got called for the phone interview Oct 2, took the test Oct 5, was notified the same day to interview on Oct 18. Got called today for class on Jan 28.

Did y'all have internal recs?

Thanks!

I would like to know about internal recs too. I have none but I update my resume every month or so. I have 121 time and a couple of types. I will read more of this thread but just curious how hard it is to get on with Atlas. BTW I am new to APC.

The consensus seems to be that the recs are not really important until the interview. As far as how hard it is to get in, I can't speak for HR or the interviewers, but I am really impressed by the quality of my classmates so far. We are very diverse group, and I'm going to have keep my game in top shape to fit in.

I had zero internal recs, knew Atlas pilots but didn't ask for recs, and now I'm in class, it can be done.

Remember, the game has changed for you guys that are in class...now, the motto to live by is, "cooperate and graduate". And that includes help from the previous class(es).

And while we are at it, the next class after you will need your help...and I believe that starts on January 28th.
