Wait for the crew to show up at the building assuming you know where that is. We're picked up two hours prior to departure from the hotel and usually are at the entry within a few minutes after that.

Mox Nix,
I applied in March, background is B-1, T-37/T-6 and E-11. 3700TT, 2500PIC. I took the test today, that was hard to get thru 100 questions in 60 min but I passed. Very excited for the opportunity, hoping for the best! I retire in September. Good luck to all those interviewing and congratulations to those hired!

I was an RJ FO with 300 hours 121 PIC, no contacts, no rec's. Right time/right place, I suppose. Since then, I've recommended a number of guys with great quals - mil, cargo, longtime RJ CAs. Some have been called, others ignored. The hiring process is opaque at best, and typically the worst part is when you're in the pool, watching class after class get filled, with no idea where you stand.
This thread is a great resource for answering questions about the process. But getting the initial call from HR, or the call out of the hiring pool, remain complete mysteries to anyone except HR.
Also, some seismic shifts are on the way. Anybody hired into the 747 before the 767 seat locks begin to expire in September needs to understand that they'll be locked into ANC for three years, and even with the company buying tickets, that commute - on your days off - is going to suck.
The 767 may pay 17% less beginning in year two, but at least there will be movement every time we hire.

I think he means any non-ANC vacancies will probably end up going to senior 767 FOs coming off of equipment lock. I know I'll be licking my chops for LAX 747 (if it still exists) in January 2016.

I'm a 9000 hr regional pilot. Been in the pool over a year. Been quite a tease. Still no class date.
Stuck between a rock and a hard place. Too much time but not any that marks the right boxes I guess.
