I can understand the sentiment but I think it's a bit different. While the government does have a bunch of media controlled, there is no doubt that people within Russia are getting at least some level of uncensored content.

Remember that time a sitting US President was outed by a whistleblower and impeached for withholding $391 million in congressionally approved military aid to Ukraine in exchange for dirt on his political opponents. Specifically when Ukraine was ready to purchase additional Javelins for anti tank defense. Weird

Wish I’d bought a ton of defense stocks when the Russia buildup was taking place.

This is such an absurd comment. "oh, you want to support Ukraine? Go join their army."

You know what? If this all goes sideways and the United States has a need for 40 year old pilots. I'll step up.

I won't be dumping on the west behind a computer screen, that's for sure.

No stupider than his “OK, Comrade” reply to the other guy.

I’m proud of you. I would offer you one of my deployment bags and some flight suits but as a Regular officer I’m subject to recall at any time. And most of my old rank insignia I handed off to subordinates while still on active duty.
