Most junior is a May 23 hire. For what it’s worth, they told us classes are full rest of the year and they have a pool of pilots for the next 6+ months. By then things will look different with even more 220s on property. I believe we’re receiving 4 in December alone. But in general CHS is senior.
also there is currently a wave of very senior captains leaving, as well as the normal revolving door of new hires that leave. We haven’t been able to consistently keep more than 400 pilots on the seniority list for any length of time

they told us they have roughly 40 pilots in the hiring pool for the next 6 months. That doesn’t translate into massive growth, as promised.

Better than a regional? Captains at regionals, especially LCA get paid better than legacies.

I would only recommend Breeze if you live in a bigger A220 base. Chances of getting called to a legacy interview seem to be greater if you’re not flying their RJ’s with the same paint scheme on them

Plan for the A220, bc the 195s are on their way out and the 190s will only do charter

Is ORF still an E-Jet only base? Does anyone know base seniority like there, or future plans for the base? I just hit 2 years in at PSA and have great quality of life as a lineholder F/O, but upgrade is coming quick and not sure I want to upgrade here to get abused on short call reserve for years. AA is currently the ultimate goal, and we all know how that goes for wholly owned people waiting for flow. I also genuinely like the idea flying for a smaller company where you know people and that seems to have interest in hiring genuienly nice people. I have family in ORF/VA Beach area and used to live in the Outer Banks of NC, so wouldn't mind going back if that base was fairly quick from new hire.
