I didn’t say now. When the cba is amendable they will want to open up every section. Alpa writes alpa contracts their way. Comes from National.

It would be sad to see the k4 pilots go. Strength is in numbers and having your group go from a Union to an Association is definitely a step in the wrong direction.

I wish you guys luck but I truly believe that your issues should be addressed here within the Union. I've seen the ALPA side at my previous airline and can honestly say that the Teamsters are hands down better at this.

Good Luck either way in your vote.

We can’t 1224 is the bargaining agent. Atlas will continue to seek to block our own cba interests if it’s not in line with theirs. Atlas has the majority on the eboard. Atlas needs to go into their own local, but they can’t afford it so will never happen.

That ridiculous letter that was signed by the respective union heads needs to be abrogated somehow. That would solve all our problems I think. Why can't we concentrate on getting rid of that little problem.

We were told to pound sand. 1224 is the bargaining agent. We’d have to front the cash to pay to litigate it.

Do you have a letter stating this? The "This guy told me they would" Is no assurance. The Teamsters are claiming they have an agreement that ALPA wont take K4. I personally would not believe either until you see something in writing. The stakes are to high.

It’s all backdoor dealings with someone supposedly in the know at ALPA. Sorry but that doesn’t cut it for me.

Yes, eventually it will be written by professionals with language in black and white so there is no ambiguity that needs interpretation. Our current contract is written with language that is so polluted it’s truly a joke.

I have absolutely no reservations about ALPA accepting us once we vote them in. I don’t believe we will have anything in writing given the fact ALPA cannot “raid a shop” because there is already a union on the property.
