We also need to keep part 117 away from the ACMI world. Part 117 is nothing more than a huge pay cut for everyone.

Two: We are not for sale. However, Their free cash flow was negative to the tune of $131, due to around $360 million worth of Capex. You don't necessarily need cash flow to make a purchase of something, just someone willing to loan you the money. |
Nobody is buying Kalitta! Its Not worth anything. Kalitta is just like Evergreen or Zantop. When the owner with all the ability checks out so does the business. Think about it, Anyone can go buy crappy 747 freighters, Not enough external business to keep the 141 school alive. The OSC faciltity thrives due to the airline. There will be old 747-400's rotting on ramps everywhere just like the Universal DC-8's, Zantop Electras at Willow run. Atlas does NOT need anything Kalitta has.

Bottom line is Kalitta Captains leave to go to UPS. NO UPS pilot ever leaves to go to Kalitta. That's all you need to know.
So whats your point and how is it relevant to this thread? |
