I heard a crazy rumor that K4 (or maybe it was Omni?) sued the widow of a crew member that died while on a trip, for his 401k money. Sounds super far fetched & I find it really hard to believe that anyone would do such a cruel thing. Personally I'm not sure what to believe but that is the word on the street at the Rum Doodle bar in Kathmandu after many, many beers. Perhaps I heard it wrong. Maybe someone has actual evidence?

If I remember correctly, that was Atlas.

I stand corrected.

No. You get paid for what you do, and if that doesn't reach 64 you are paid for 64.

If you are asking if we have Rigs, the answer is no. Our contract however protects us a little in the sense that you can only have 3 unpaid 1 in 7s (rest days) in the month. Any other time they want to "sit" you it will be on reserve and reserve days credit 4 hours each day.

Ex: 2 - 1in7 days: NO pay
10 - Days you flew a total of 60 hrs
4 days - reserve - Credit of 16 hours

Total credit for the month : 76 hours

This does not include any deadhead time to/from work or on the road which is paid at 1/2 block time nor any special pays for hostile areas.

ANY time worked on Scheduled days off is paid at time and half and is automatically above guarantee.

Did you get an answer to your 767 monthly credit question?
