Mostly domestic, as it’s mostly Amazon flying and they only do domestic currently.

The international stuff goes mostly senior on the captain side, on the FO side it’s hard to say. I’ve only been here since June and I have an international trip on my line next month.
If you don’t mind me asking, how do you like it so far? Have you broke min. guarantee since you started in June?

Breaking min isn’t a common thing to do unless you’re working days off. The lines are mostly 50-55 hours. I do have a line that credits 86 next month, but that’s an oddity.

I like it! Like anything else, there’s pros and cons. I do hope the next contract is better, but I didn’t show up expecting sunshine and rainbows so I’m still happy with the way it is now.

Oh okay thank you. So basically you can expect to make 60 hours at the current pay rate plus per diem a month then? I have only really heard good things from your pilots when they jumpseat or I run into them at the airport!

Yep! That’s exactly what I’d expect. Most of us are pretty happy! We might get a little grump this month during peak, but hey that’s life!

Training pay? and how does the home basing work? Do pilots get airline choice to fly to base? Keep travel points? and are the upgradable? Thanks, really liking what I hear so far.

Training pay is 79.90x30 bi weekly and you get per diem everyday away from home base. Identical pay as being out on a trip year one.

There are a few ways to book travel. Using a website that allows you to choose the airline, or emailing travel and reminding them of your preference. I’m about 75% airline of choice so far, sometimes you get another airline as it’s more economical or can get you to/from faster. You keep the points on airlines and hotels.

Wonderful, thank you for the reply. Final questions...training is in Wilmington correct? And which insurance provider does ATI carry?

Your Indoc and systems will be in Wilmington. Sims may or may not be there, depending on sim availability. The health insurance is through UHC. Premiums for me and my family are $415 per month for the mid range insurance package.
