Almost nobody thinks of an ACMI carrier as a career destination. The big names in US airlines, where you can make more money while working less under better conditions, are hiring like it's going out of style. Nearly anybody who wants to go to one of those airlines can do so after a very short stay at another company.

K4 is about to be hit with a massive discrimination lawsuit and pilots there are leaving in droves. I hope AJT doesn't copy the K4 contract! K4 is not a good role model.

Either way, that’s really working hard. Ouch, more power to those that actually crush 1000 or whatever, definitely not my style but I’ve flown with a few maximum effort sky pirates. Impressive, not enviable from my standpoint only. Priorities dictate everything.
