That will never happen.
1. They don't fly nearly enough to justify it. The minimum guarantee is what it is because it's the high end of what you can reasonably expect to fly in a bid period.
2. The ABX guarantee was adjusted to 65 in the last contract to bring the ABX and ATI pay scales to parity at 780 hours per year. ATI pays 60 x 13, and ABX 65 x 12. The hourly rates are the same between the two. This was intentional on the part of ATSG.
You can argue for a higher rate, which is what they're doing currently in negotiations, and it's also precisely where negotiations have hung up.

The number on your paycheck is what it is. Whether you understand it or not, that is what was negotiated. If you had negotiated for a higher guarantee, the hourly rate would have been adjusted to make the number at the end come out the same. That's what the company cares about - what you cost, not how it's accounted for. (Although as I previously stated, the company is unlikely to set a guarantee the differs significantly from the amount you're likely to fly, and it benefits you nothing to do so.) So with that in mind, why do you care whether your monthly pay is divided into 60 pieces or 72 pieces?

Try AviationInterviews.com. That site helped for Atlas. Just be cautious of wrong answers and look up references to double check. There are at least 3 recent posts from this year. The small fee charged to access ATI and a few other airline gouge's may well be worth paying.

There were FOs who put it for it on the last vacancy and didn’t get it. It went pretty senior. People are still leaving though, and 40% of the CAs retire in the next 10 years so movement is still happening. Upgrades are probably within 1 year but could start going senior soon.
