ATI interview gouge

ATI will hire anybody who can fog a mirror at this point. I’ve been gone a few months now but, before I left the quality of the last few new hires I flew with was in the toilet. They were good people but, it was beyond obvious that they were all extremely inexperienced and in over their heads.
I’ve been gone for 6 months now but, I was there for 7 years before I left. I must tell you that unless you are desperate, then going to ATI is a mistake in this environment. If you’re desperate and for whatever reason you can’t get hired by an airline, then I wish you well at ATI.

With the regionals not hiring, ACMI or the LCC's and ULCC's might be some of our only chance forward right now.

Is the training footprint difficult? Is it something that a 1500 hour guy can pass with a good attitude and good studying? Is the training now being changed and tailored more towards the 1500 hr guys coming in, so that they can pass?

This logic does not make much sense. One airline has yet to settle on a new contract, others have leap frogged ahead of them. In awhile, they will have a comparable contract. Market forces will force them to. Will they then be admitted back into the big 6 group? At some times AA has been behind the curve. Would that mean they are kicked out of the big 6 group, as well?

Everyone has a different opinion on exactly which compromise the most desirable carriers but the nomenclature is clear on this board when someone writes Big 3, Big 5 or Big 6.
