You have to run fast, low, zig zagged and hit and roll every once in a while to keep from getting shot, but it is great!

Uncle Lou's fried chicken is another good place. Didn't know it existed till I saw it on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Make sure to get a little Corruption sprinkled on it for more flava!

Born and raised in New York City, best food in the world, and feel bad for anybody who brags about Fried Catfish, though the BBQ is good every now and then.
But I had to laugh when my Air Force crew, mostly New Yorkers went to dinner down south, the waitress read us all the specials, when one of my buds asked her, "Whats the vegatable of the day?" and she answered.
"Macaroni and Cheese!" ???????????? Enjoy the South, the people are great, the food su#$s

I'm with you with the cajun, and I love barbque, I'm still figuring out *** is okra, but then again a southerner confronted with broccolirabe or eggplant may have the same reaction. Sweet tea is definately too much....The experts have said the diet of the US south is by far the most unhealthiest on the planet.....don't give up your gym membership
Give me a second to jump into the foxhole,

When I read the title of this thread, I thought that we had a broken 747-400 parked in Memphis.

Just for the record, is the BBQ in Tennessee that vinegar crap, or is it similar to Texas BBQ?

If you have a sliding scale where 0 is Carolina BBQ and 10 is Tx BBQ, I would put mem BBQ at a 7.23. If that answer your question.
