I disagree that little thought was given to the facts. I do agree that the execution left a lot to be desired, but it could still be successful. I hope you're including yourself in the "most of us don't really understand" crowd...The EB is probably the only group that has all the facts at this point. Lastly, we are not bargaining with the company for those positions right now, we are trying to take them...big difference.

This was a deliberate attempt to deceive in order to force an outcome. I would like to think that our well educated pilot workforce is situationally aware enough to see it for what it is. Unfortunately for the individuals involved, it will forever define them in a way that will greatly diminish

The IPA has signed three contracts explicitly recognizing this management structure. Guess your own agreements don't matter? Good luck in the courts. I wish you millions (and lots of dues assessments) trying to fight your own agreements. Big brown is ready to take this to the mat.
Read the IPA response to the Dorsey case. The IPA argued the case against management accretion better than anyone in management could ever do.

I keep hearing of all the great things BT has done since becoming EB Pres with a whopping 33.5% of the votes. Could someone please enlighten me with a list of his actual accomplishments. I will give you the 32/7 even though nobody is sure what the final ruling will be. And please no more "great things are coming, but we can't talk about it".
This whole BT love fest on the B&G make me want to puke! The dude is impulsive, short tempered, and has a huge misplaced ego (ie- we have enough cards).

Please enlighten the audience of this forum with an example. Inquiring minds want to know. It doesn't have to be a Courier Journal article. Any public mistruth equivalent to what the IPA put out this week will do.
