UPS- IPA EB, clean this up NOW!

BT may have done more to improve morale in his short tenure than any IPA prez before. I will give you that BT's tactic of running and whining to the FAA at the drop of a hat "has our people psyched", but is it actually effective? What has it actually accomplished?
What's the next step when the FAA stalls?
What's the next step when the FAA stalls?
Sure it was a miscalculation (or whatever), but if we had Miller 3.0, Derthick 1.0 or Farley 1.0 the FQS issue would not even have been mentioned out loud, nevermind acted upon...period. Imagine the whining here in that event. Should we ultimately get them on the list or they are shown the door, many here are going to look pretty foolish. If both angles fail, at least we will have what is one of the two best contracts in the industry bar none intact, which we would NOT have had if either of the other two were elected. They BOTH would have rolled over and at least as many would have been on the street.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

And those chickens would have never even been fertilized embryos under any other leadership. The Mahal had become a country club for trip drops and countless side deals (like the Redoubt fiasco) and a constant retreat from every move the company made. Finally there is defense of the CBA and for the first time since the early days UPS is on the defensive.
But you would have preferred concessions, more retreat and side deals no doubt. Your chickens never would have made it to the shell.
Sigh...

No, UPS is on the attack.
No, I would have preferred intelligence, strategy, and results.
I will ask again. What has BT actually accomplished??

I just wonder....
It appears to me that the lot of the same people that ranted an raved about BM have diametrically opposing views, which one would expect, and that is good.
The question is that if BM were still in charge and had made all the same false promises and then arrogantly stepped in it this deep, would you not be calling for him to be burned in effigy? Wouldn't you be vilifying BM and asking that he be burned at the stake, or to step down?
Seriously, look back and ask if you would not have done the very same some are doing now.
The simple fact is that no one can question it, lest you be cast out as a rebel against the cause. Any dissention is squashed or silenced in the vane call for the "greater good".
How far will you let this go, whats the next move (thats a secret
), and when that goes south what excuses will you come up with?
Your employer is not scared, they are entertained at this point.
PS. Where was the rest of the board on this "decision" to go public and "the count"?

Unity is being united against a common enemy, not united behind a common fool.

Well the first one that comes to mind is "Pilots at UPS make an average of $185,000 a year" during our last contract negotiations.

As no one is able to answer my question, I will supply an answer to "what has BT actually accomplished?"
