Bravo UPS -- now where are the rest of them?

But if this effort helps to hammer politicians for their hypocrisy and unethical behavior, we may may see something change. I believe the threat of bad press is far stronger than lobbying dollars from pilots.

That's not the end of the payout, much of which will be sealed with non-disclosures. Point is the govermnent is not invincible, and occasionally the right thing happens. And in this case I think it's a chess move for IPA, not checkers. No doubt you would have counselled the IPA to just give up in the beginning...insurmountable odds in your myopic vision no doubt against UPS. Yet effective 1/1 we're the highest paid group in the industry.
Now back to your regularly scheduled all knowing.

UPS has made its share of blunders too.
I would only ask, how did UPS support the highest pay in the industry?

Not the point Nostradamus...when the IPA was formed, and the profit margins were still very high, captains made $60/hour. If not for IPA we MIGHT be making what Jet Blue does.

It would be nice to know exactly what I'm fighting for in regards to the new rest rules. Pilots love to talk about safety, but what most of them are hoping for is more pilots underneath them, or less work for the same money. ( Good luck with that ) What will this do to my quality of life and our trip models. Are we looking at 3 on 3 off domestic night trips, Asian domiciles, what???

If you assume no one gets hurts between now and court, it may very well die on the vine. Kinda hard to prove wrong doing without injury.
