Default Flight Aware

I only see two destinations for Omni on Flight Aware. Do they fly under a different call sign or Airline code?

Yes. Occasionally. Sometimes. Not always.

They’re CASS. As are most ACMI’s and 121 operators.

Thanks. CASS just gives you cockpit access, you still need a reciprocal agreement to get past the gate agent.

That's not always true as most (not all) airlines these days just extend the benefit to anyone who is in CASS. We have reciprocals with all the major airlines, and large ACMIs; Kalitta, Atlas, etc. Only problem I ever ran into was Southern.

My present airline is CASS, but no go on United, FedEx and SW. No reciprocal agreement.

For Southern you must pre-fill out their jumpseat form on their website at least 48 hours prior to the jumpseat. You only have to do this once, once you are in their database you are good to go.

Default Can't seem to find answers

Random questions I can't seem to find that answers to:

1. When you're on the road and sit a day or two, do you get paid more than just per diem or is that just free time off?

2. What is the meaning of +2 override? Is the norm 16 days with the option of keeping you an additional 2 days? What's the pay for those two days and how often do you get kept those 2 days? Will you know at the beginning of the trip if you'll be kept for those two days?

3. What is the $703/$803/$903 day off pay? When does that come into play?

4. How often would one say that you surpass the 64 hour guarantee?

Thanks for any help you can offer.
