enough evidence for the judge to issue a restraining order and injunction against VIA and their officers....

Lovely read at regulations.gov, enter OST-2014-0114 and read the January 6th response of ADI. They included a copy of the lawsuit and judge's order.. get some popcorn out.

Is this a commutable job? CASS approved?

Didn't see much in regards to the interview process, anything on that?

The few classes this month are home based. After that they will be domiciled but not at major airports. They are going to work on CASS as soon as the 121 certificate process is complete (certificate has been approved, but conformity and proving runs are still coming in and he next few weeks).

Interview (at least for my class) was a phone interview with HR and then the DO. He is a great guy and is honest about the craziness of the next few mo the as we get certified and staffed.

If you have more questions, PM me.

I have a body that works on the 135 side of things flying the 120. And from what he told me, he enjoys working there.

This person currently has also told me that for the 135 side of things, that they pay for his travel fees and fly him out to wherever the aircraft is currently located. I've also been told its 2 weeks on 1 week off. But maybe that's for the 135 side of things?

As for pay 40kish for FO in the 120.

What I want to know is. Are they only looking to fill seats in the 120? Or are they looking to fill seats for the 145 (121 side?) as well.

Also bases. I've searched all over and haven't gotten any details in regards to that.

Ok this has been driving me crazy and I will admit now, I have not put in any time to try and figure it out from a regs standpoint... But how are they flying EMB-120's on a scheduled part 135 certificate when the 1900D has to be flown 121?

They are indeed hiring for the 145 FO seats. in my class of 10 guys, everyone had time in type or 121 jet time. A 145 type goes a long way in getting called. Our class is all home based, and get airlined to work and home. The 145's are based in KIFP, KACY, KUTA. Homemaking will end when staffing increases, but those of us already home based will be grandfathered.

I'm pretty sure it comes down to who actually sells the ticket. if company A sells tickets and company B operates the flight, then company A in theory charters company B on demand at the same time every day, therefore considered unscheduled ops. This is how we operated a 19 seater on a scheduled EAS route.

If you look at Via and its parent company, it appears that Company A is Via Public Charter and company B is Via Airlines. both are subsidiaries of VHI group. But that's just a guess from me.
