I had no idea we were hiring for part time. Everyone I know on the 145 is full time.

$42,500 base pay. $200/day worked over 16 days/month. $15/FLIGHT hour as an annual retention bonus paid at recurrent. Pay is on the 15 & 30 of the month. Expect about $200/month for benefits for a single person. The website says there's a 401k. That's only partially true. There's no company matching as of now, but hope it will change.
Captain pay is $70,000 base, $350/day over 16, and $30/flight hour retention bonus.
